18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained within TemptFlix were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the applicable visual depiction was created.

Certain visual depictions appearing on or otherwise contained within TemptFlix may consist solely of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct created before July 3, 1995, and may therefore be exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, as applicable.

For visual depictions subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the required records are maintained in accordance with applicable federal law.
